Your workouts will be sent to you on a weekly basis with appropriate progressions made along the way.

Individualized Meal Plan – Training hard is only the first part of the equation.  In order to maximize your results, you’re going to have to dial in your diet as well.  I’ll provide you with a sample 1 week meal plan based on your current weight, activity level, and overall goals.  By simply cleaning up your diet, you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.

Sample Grocery List – Along with a sample meal plan, you’ll receive a grocery list of all the foods you need to support your training.  Nutrition will never again be an excuse for why you don’t succeed.

Full Exercise Video Library – Not sure how to perform an exercise? No problem. You’ll receive full access to my video exercise library that contains over 100 exercises with new exercises being added all the time! Now you can take the guesswork out of your training technique and be confident with every exercise you perform.

Weekly Emails – In order to keep you accountable and to ensure that you are happy with your program, I will communicate with you once per week via email.  Any questions or concerns about your program can be addressed at this time.

Here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions

1. Who would benefit most from training with me?

Anyone who is tired of their stale gym routine and fed up with their crappy results.  If you struggle with building muscle, shedding fat, and are constantly dealing with nagging injuries, then my training programs will solve your problems.

2. What’s the difference between my training and other programs?

Unlike most traditional strength training programs, you will get lots of variety in your workouts to keep things fresh and to keep your body in a constant state of shock.  Also, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of accessory exercises to help eliminate muscular imbalances and prevent injuries.

3. What if I don’t have access to a gym?

Not a problem.  I can create workouts that require very little to no equipment.  After you purchase your training package, we can discuss what types of equipment, if any, that you have access to.  All of your training needs will be met regardless of the equipment you have.

4. What if I don’t understand how to do some of the exercises?

With my extensive exercise video library, you’ll be able to see exactly how to perform each exercise.  If you still need help, you can email me and I’ll give you instant feedback on how to perfect the movement.

5. Are you able to work with women?

Absolutely!  I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve phenomenal results. My workouts will help you shed excess body fat, flatten your stomach, and have you bikini ready!

6. I have a some injuries, would it still be wise to train with you?

Yes.  I’ll be the first to admit that training with injuries can be very frustrating.  I can provide various  exercise modifications and substitutions to cater to various aches and pains.  As well, I can recommend a wide variety of flexibility and mobility exercises to address various issues such as shoulder, knee, and back pain.
